ACCESSING ACCOUNT ON NEW SITE
I am having issues logging into the site with my old login credentials. Can you assist?
Check your inbox for a recent activation email from info@trans-siberian.com with subject “TSO Fan Club account activation” and click on “Activate Your Account” and Reset Your Password.
You can also just go directly to the trans-siberian.com website and click “Activate Your Account”from the login page .
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE PREVIOUS PASSWORD OR RETRIEVE A PASSWORD UNTIL YOU HAVE TAKEN THE ACTIVATION STEP.
If for any reason, the system does not recognize your email address, please signup again and you will have access to any upcoming ticket presales.
FAN CLUB PRE-SALE
Do I need to register for the Fan Club Pre-Sale this year?
No registration is required to participate in the fan club pre-sale this year. You only need to have a Fan Club account.
What does Legacy membership status mean?
Legacy status is assigned to Fan Club members who purchased tickets through the Fan Club Pre-Sale for at least two tours between 2019 and 2024. Legacy members get first access to tickets during the Fan Club Pre-Sale, starting on Thursday, September 4, 2025 .
What does Signature membership status mean?
Signature status applies to all other Fan Club members who have not met the Legacy requirement. Signature members still enjoy early access to tickets, beginning on Friday, September 5, 2025, right after the Legacy pre-sale.
How can I see my membership status?
You can check your status by logging into your account at trans-siberian.com. Your profile page and the tour page will display whether you are Legacy or Signature.
When will I receive my Fan Club Pre-Sale code?
- Legacy Members – Codes are sent the evening of September 3 for the pre-sale starting September 4.
- Signature Members – Codes are sent the evening of September 4 for the pre-sale starting September 5.
Codes are also displayed in your account when you log in
Why don’t I have Legacy status, even though I’ve purchased TSO tickets before?
Only tickets purchased directly through the Fan Club Pre-Sale (not general on-sales, local pre-sales, or venue pre-sales) count toward Legacy status. To qualify, you must have purchased during at least two Fan Club Pre-Sales between 2019–2024
If I get a code will it work for multiple show dates?
Yes, you may use your emailed code for any tour date.
Does getting a code mean I will get tickets?
If you receive an offer code, you will have the chance to unlock access to the pre-sale. However, due to demand, the ability to purchase tickets is not guaranteed and tickets allotted for the Fan Club Pre-Sale are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is the ticket limit?
To allow as many people as possible to enjoy TSO, codes are valid for one time use and purchasers are held to a six (6) ticket limit MAXIMUM. You may only purchase up to six tickets total.

I don't have a credit card, can I purchase a Trans-Siberian Fan Club members-only T-shirt or Vinyl with a check or money order?
At this time, we only accept credit cards for payment.

Subscriptions currently do not have a set term. If we decide, in the future, to change the membership term, we will inform you via email, so make sure your contact information is up to date through the User Profile Page.
How much does it cost to subscribe to Trans-Siberian Fan Club?
You can join Trans-Siberian Fan Club for free and have access to all of the Members-Only Ticket Pre-sales as well as all Members-Only Content. If you would like to add a T-shirt a Vinyl or both to your membership, you can either choose the T-shirt or vinyl offer when you join or Upgrade to add a T-shirt or Vinyl to your existing membership from the BUY TSHIRT/VINYL link that appears at the top right of the page when you are logged in.

How do I sign up to Trans-Siberian Fan Club?
Click on the ‘Join’ link at the top of the page or click here. When you sign up with Trans-Siberian Fan Club, you can choose free membership or membership w/ a T-shirt, Vinyl or Both. All types of membership entitle you to the full benefits of being a Trans-Siberian Fan Club member such as Ticket Pre-Sales, Protected Media, members only discount offers, exclusive content and more.

How do I edit my profile?
When you are logged in with either a free or paid account, click on the USER INFO button at the top of the page. You can update your profile information from there. Note - user names are not changeable, but please make sure to update your mailing address, etc
