Here’s the Process for 2026

Like 2025, every member has a status designation based on your Fan Club Pre-Sale purchase history:

• Legacy Member – If you purchased tickets through the Fan Club Pre-Sale for at least two tours between 2019 and 2025 using the same account, your account is designated as Legacy.
• Signature Member – All other Fan Club members are recognized as Signature.

We suggest you log into your account now to see your membership status in your profile. In addition to emailing you your pre-sale codes, they will also be displayed in your account when you log in to trans-siberian.com.

How It Works

• Just like past years, pre-sales are split into separate days by show date.
• Your code will be available in your account and you will receive an email containing your code the evening of Wednesday, September 9th.
• Your code will be valid for both pre-sale dates.
  • Legacy codes will be valid on both days from 10 AM through 11:59pm.
  • Signature codes will be valid on both days from Noon (12 PM) through 11:59pm.
• Codes are unique to your account and are good for up to 6 tickets regardless of how many shows you purchase for (i.e. you can purchase up to 6 tickets total with this code, and split over multiple shows in November/December).
• The Fan Club Pre-Sale is your best opportunity to get the best tickets at the best price
• All Fan Club tickets have been discounted by $10 from their original price.
• Tickets available will be on the floor and in the lower bowl at prices lower than highest value ticket during general public on-sale.
  

Fan Club Membership & Status FAQs

Q: What does Legacy membership status mean?

A: Legacy status is assigned to Fan Club members who purchased tickets through the Fan Club Pre-Sale for at least two tours between 2019 and 2025 using the same Fan Club account. Legacy members get first access to tickets during the Fan Club Pre-Sale, starting at 10 AM on Thursday September 10th for shows in November and 10 AM Friday, September 11th for shows in December.

Q: What does Signature membership status mean?

A: Signature status applies to all other Fan Club members who have not met the Legacy requirement. Signature members get first access to tickets during the Fan Club Pre-Sale, starting at 12 PM on Thursday September 10th for shows in November and at 12 PM Friday, September 11th for shows in December.

Q: How can I see my membership status?

A: You can check your status by logging into your account at trans-siberian.com. Your profile page and the tour page will display whether you are Legacy or Signature.

Q: When will I receive my Fan Club Pre-Sale code?

A: Legacy Members and Signature Members Codes are sent the evening of September 9.

Q: Why don’t I have Legacy status, even though I’ve purchased TSO tickets before?

A: Only tickets purchased directly through the Fan Club Pre-Sale (not general on-sales, local pre-sales, or venue pre-sales) count toward Legacy status. To qualify, you must have purchased using the same account during at least two Fan Club Pre-Sales between 2019–2025.
