TSO 2025 Fan Club Pre-Sale Information / Action Required!
As fall draws near, you all know what that means – it’s almost #TSOTime!
TODAY: Activate Your Fan Club Account
Check your inbox for a recent activation email from info@trans-siberian.com with the subject “TSO Fan Club account activation” and if you haven’t already done this, click on “Activate Your Account” and Reset Your Password.
Please Note:
- Note: You can also just go directly to the trans-siberian.com website and click “Activate Your Account” from the login page .
- NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE A PASSWORD PRIOR TO 8/15 OR RETRIEVE A PASSWORD UNTIL YOU HAVE TAKEN THE ACTIVATION STEP.
- After activation if you see You've activated your TSO Fan Club account on your USER PROFILE page, you are all set.
- If for any reason, the system does not recognize your email address, please signup again and you will have access to any upcoming ticket presales.

What’s New For This Year's Fan Club Pre-Sale?
Every Fan Club member now has a status designation based on your Fan Club Pre-Sale purchase history:
- Legacy Member – If you purchased tickets through the Fan Club Pre-Sale for at least two times between 2019 and 2024, your account is designated as Legacy.
- Signature Member – All other Fan Club members are recognized as Signature.
You can log into your account anytime to see your membership status on the tour page or in your profile.

- All tour dates (November & December)
- On sale at 10 AM venue local time, Legacy members only
Friday, September 5 – ALL MEMBER PRE-SALE

How It Works
- Just like past years, pre-sales are split into separate days — but now they’re organized by your membership status.
- Codes are unique to your account and are good for up to 6 tickets.
- The Fan Club Pre-Sale is your best opportunity to get the best tickets at the best price.
- Tickets available will be on the floor and in the lower bowl at prices lower than highest value ticket during general public on-sale
Fan Club Membership & Status FAQs
Q: What does Legacy membership status mean?
A: Legacy status is assigned to Fan Club members who purchased tickets through the Fan Club Pre-Sale for at least two tours between 2019 and 2024. Legacy members get first access to tickets during the Fan Club Pre-Sale, starting on Thursday, September 4, 2025 .

Q: What does Signature membership status mean?
A: Signature status applies to all other Fan Club members who have not met the Legacy requirement. Signature members still enjoy early access to tickets, beginning on Friday, September 5, 2025, right after the Legacy pre-sale.

Q: How can I see my membership status?
A: You can check your status by logging into your account at trans-siberian.com. Your profile page and the tour page will display whether you are Legacy or Signature.

Q: When will I receive my Fan Club Pre-Sale code?
A:
- Legacy Members–Codes are sent the evening of September 3 for the pre-sale starting September 4.
- Signature Members–Codes are sent the evening of September 4 for the pre-sale starting September 5.

Q: Why don’t I have Legacy status, even though I’ve purchased TSO tickets before?
A: Only tickets purchased directly through the Fan Club Pre-Sale (not general on-sales, local pre-sales, or venue pre-sales) count toward Legacy status. To qualify, you must have purchased during at least two Fan Club Pre-Sales between 2019–2024
